In-App Recognition Only — No Monetary Prizes
Competition prizes on PaperTrade Academy are provided solely as in-platform recognition within a simulated, educational experience. Unless explicitly stated in a separately approved promotion, no prize awarded through platform competitions has monetary value.
Incorporated into Terms and Competition Rules
This Competition Prize Disclaimer is incorporated into, and subject to, the Terms of Service and the Competition Official Rules. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
1. No Cash Value
Competition prizes are limited to non-monetary, in-app recognition such as XP, digital badges, leaderboard placement, or similar virtual items.
All such prizes have zero cash value. No approximate retail value is assigned, and prizes are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents under any circumstance.
2. Non-Transferable and Non-Saleable
Prizes are personal to the winning account and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, assigned, pledged, or otherwise conveyed to any other person or entity.
Any attempted transfer or sale is void and may result in prize revocation and additional account action under the Terms of Service.
3. No Redemption
Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money, gift cards, store credit, goods, services, securities, or any other item of value, whether on or off the platform.
4. Not Property or Compensation
Competition prizes do not constitute property, personal property rights, compensation, wages, salary, income, earnings, financial returns, or financial instruments of any kind.
Winning a competition does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or other compensable relationship between a participant and PaperTrade Academy.
5. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Revoke
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute, modify, suspend, or revoke any prize at any time, including before or after publication or award.
The Sponsor may also revoke prizes where it determines that eligibility, integrity, or rule-compliance requirements were not satisfied. No compensation or replacement of monetary value is owed for modified or revoked prizes.
Tax Obligations
Prizes described in this Disclaimer have no cash value. Participants are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax reporting or payment obligations that may arise under applicable law in their jurisdiction.

This Disclaimer should be read together with the Competition Official Rules, Simulation Disclaimer, and Terms of Service.
